I will provide you with a treatment plan that has been designed especially for you. You won't receive the same treatment as anyone else, and you won't be asked to sign up for any kind of plan. We will work with the modalities that you feel most comfortable with. Some patients prefer to make sustainable diet and lifestyle changes, as opposed to taking supplements.
That's great! Other people need help feeling a bit better before they are able to make changes, and that's fine too. We'll talk about it, and figure out what works for you. You will not leave a visit with a giant bag filled with hundreds of dollars of supplements (and no idea what they are all for).

These offices are situated in traditional Anishinabek territory, on lands occupied by the peoples of Nipissing and Dokis First Nations whose rights are recognized by the Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850 and affirmed by section 35 (1) of the Constitution Act of Canada, 1982.
What I Eat
Report
I've never made anything like this before, and it turned out AMAZING! I wasn't expecting it to be so delicious, and I didn't write any quantities down. So, following is my best memory of what I did. I highly recommend noodles made with lentils. They taste good, they hold together, their flavour doesn't overwhelm dishes, and they make you feel really full.
