It is Wednesday november 13th when my alignment was scheduled. When I arrive to the shop their is no directive of what door to enter. I called on November 8th and scheduled the appointment today at 1pm . I arrived slightly early and the tech in the shop had no clue of this appointment today. Their was no notes or computerized documentation of this fact. Not impressed on the professionalism. Dont go here for a alignment. Safety hazards...

Rude people who seem inconvenienced by your presence. Also dont mention you need to wash your own car before rust spraying. Clearly going to be a sub par undercoating at that point.

They are deleting one-star comments. This is the third time I have to re-post and noticed that they also delete others. They booked me a rust prevention appointment, but they never opened, as a result I had to go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs for multiple reasons!

The worst garage in petawawa.
Charges 16$ per tire to install (already on rims) when the garage next door charges you 30$ for 4 tires, then gets offended when i mention that the price isnt competetive. Just go to Neville motor next door.
