I have zero experience with home inspectors,but I cannot imagine one doing a better job. Aulden sent me a detailed report including videos showing me any area of concern. The seller also was totally impressed with the inspectors thoroughness. He also has sent a reminder to handle the tiny issues while they are still tiny issues.

I recently had WETT inspection done on my new wood stove install and the repot was excellent. Aulden was very supportive during the whole inspection process. He is very knowledgeable in his work and a very kind individual to work with. Plus he has a multitude of great videos on YouTube which are very helpful.

Great doing business with Mr. Aulden Reid. Was very pleasant from the start, I did call other inspectors but they tried selling unnecessary additions to make more money. He was honest and very thorough. Met with him at the end of inspection, and he briefly walked me through what he thought was outstanding about the house and what needed improvement.
