Thank you for your interest in our strata management services. We look after strata all over Vancouver Island, but are not taking on any new strata management contracts at the present time. Laurie Sims has been with Meicor since 1995. In 2012, she purchased the company and became managing broker.
Laurie is licensed for both strata and rental property management; her clients appreciate her background and years of accounting and financial reporting experience.Hillary Turple, our property manager, was born in the valley but came to Meicor from Alberta. Licensed in rental and strata management, she has been working for Meicor since 2016.

We currently offer rentals in multi-family dwellings such as apartment buildings, condos & townhomes. We do not rent houses, basement suites or vacation rentals. Please see individual listings. Small pets may be considered subject to approval with payment of a pet deposit and pet agreement.
