Charmion is the absolute best! I will not go elsewhere for any massage. She understands the body well and is so skilled in targeting the problem areas, she takes her time with you to ensure you have the best experience. Ive had chronic back pain for as long as I can remember and no one has explained my problems to me as well as Charmion. The whole team is amazing if you have chronic pain, make an appointment, you will not regret it!

Staff is great. I have used both physiotherapy and message therapy. They are both excellent. I love that they take time to listen and are able to give you the exercises that help each specific injury. I have been to other places in Barrhaven but this office environment feels more like home than a place of business. You know you are in excellent hands when you begin your healing process with them.

She is so knowledgeable and skilled at isolating the problem area, giving relief and suggesting follow up treatments and exercises to do on your own at home. She is also the kindest most giving, loving, friendly woman Ive ever had the pleasure of getting a massage from. Just amazing!
