Services
Gutter Installation
We install custom seamless aluminum gutter systems designed for durability and efficiency. Our process includes precise measurements, material selection, and proper pitch calculation to ensure optimal water flow. Using high-grade aluminum and corrosion-resistant hardware, we create systems that withstand Okanagan's seasonal extremes while protecting foundations, roofs, and landscaping from water damage. All installations include a lifetime workmanship warranty with annual maintenance.
Gutter Cleaning
Our comprehensive cleaning service removes debris, checks for structural issues, and ensures proper drainage. Technicians clear gutters and downspouts, inspect hangers, and seal leaks during each visit. We recommend bi-annual cleanings for most properties, with optional annual maintenance packages that preserve warranty coverage. Commercial clients receive detailed inspection reports and priority scheduling for multi-property management.
Gutter Guards
We offer Alu-Rex and Kaycan guard systems that prevent debris accumulation while maintaining water flow. These microfiltration systems block leaves and pine needles without affecting drainage capacity. Installation options include retrofitting existing gutters or integrating with new systems. Our guards reduce maintenance needs by up to 80% while maintaining aesthetic appeal through color-matched finishes.
Soffit & Fascia
We replace and repair soffit panels and fascia boards to maintain structural integrity and ventilation. Our aluminum and composite materials resist rot and pests while improving energy efficiency. Properly installed soffit ensures attic ventilation, preventing mold growth and ice dams. Fascia repairs restore gutter support systems and enhance roofline aesthetics with color-coordinated finishes.
Gutter Repairs
Our repair services address leaks, sagging, ice damage, and component failure. Technicians diagnose issues like failed sealant, rotted fascia, or improper pitch during inspections. We use matching materials for seamless repairs and reinforce weak points with stainless steel hardware. Emergency repairs prioritize water diversion to prevent property damage while planning permanent solutions.

This is the second property that Gut R Dun has made repairs for me. The first was a repair on some very shoddy DYR gutters and siding that flew off my house in storm. The house was under contract and about to be sold, so I needed the work completed immediately. Gut R Dun was happy to help. They took what was a mess and brought it up to professional grade in no time. The second experience was very similar. Even with all the repair work due to the recent storm and the short days, Gut R Dun managed to fit me in. They patched up the gutters that had come loose and made sure everything was water tight

Corey and the crew assessed the issue with my gutters and remedied it right away, i had a lap joint that leaked every year and and they advised me to do a end cap on both sides and re-slop the other side and install another downspout to rectify the issue and so far the issue has been rectified. A big thank you to Gut R Dun for their expertise and prompt service

Zac and his guys did an amazing job at replacing my entire homes’ gutters. They worked hard, efficient and in a timely manner. I guarantee their prices are not only super competitive but probably the least expensive around. Give them a call!
