In 1940, Dr. James Lampard and Dr. Sadie Lampard settled in Red Deer, Alberta, to establish Central Alberta's oldest optometry practice: The Eye Care Centre. The Eye Care Centre was built on Lampards' tireless efforts and erected on the pillars of exceptional service, ongoing patient care, and community involvement.
