Timberlea Services Centre in Fort McMurray offers Children's Dentistry as well as Nitrous & IV Sedation Options. All services are provided by a general dentist. We opened our doors in April of 2016 to give the people of Fort McMurray the option of seeing specialist's that they would otherwise have to travel to Edmonton to see.

When children cannot be treated by their regular dentist, sometimes Nitrous Oxide Sedation is an option. When children cannot be treated by their regular dentist, sometimes sedation options may be recommended. Our office specializes in sedation dentistry for pediatric patients. Our Children's Dentists will use this when a child has minor dental treatment and only requires a light sedation. If the child has extensive decay or has extreme anxiety, nitrous oxide often isn't indicated and they would likely need general anesthesia for their dental appointment. Nitrous Oxide can be used for any type of dental treatment.
