Since 1969, Gymnastics Mississauga has offered programs for boys and girls from introductory levels, all the way up to and including national levels. We provide gymnastics programs in a safe, positive environment where every athlete achieves their personal best. We believe gymnastics should be accessible to all and that the values of personal development (both mental and physical) are paramount.

A work of art! We provide a healthy and safe environment for your kids, from recreational to the National/International competitive stream, with all the latest gym-tech and apparatus. In gym washrooms and change rooms, water fountains, high ceilings with the newest energy safe lighting technology, specious free parking.
Coaches

Throughout the years, Gymnastics Mississauga and our team of coaches have produced champions in the provincial, national and international levels, including world championships, PanAm games and Olympic games. We dedicate our lives to spread the passion we have for gymnastics: we train athletes from the most basic level to the high performance, we mentor our recreational and Jr coaches to support and improve all our programs.
Boys & Girls Programs

In this class, girls will have fun mastering basic skills while further developing balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, and spatial awareness. This program will teach the girls that hard work and self-discipline is an essential step to success. Start them young and watch their self-confidence, focus, and ability to perform under pressure grow, as well as their skill level.
Mini & Kinder Gym Programs

This program focuses on developing and implementing coordination and space awareness fundamentals in a fun and safe environment and is an enjoyable parent/child experience. We look forward to seeing you have fun with us. Register at anytime you are ready to start the class and you will automatically continue your registration monthly until you notify us to unenroll at info@gymmississauga.org.
