This sales and service business first opened its doors by two partners, in July of 1979, on the north east corner of 10th and College Avenue. In the beginning, this company catered to residential and commercial customers in Brandon and area, with 2 service vehicles (vans) and a willingness to work long hours.
In 1981, the business bought an old shoe repair business and building in the 600 block of 10th Street. The old building and equipment were donated to the Austin Museum and a new building was built, where they have remained to this very day. Don Campbell, one of the originating partners bought out the other in 1984.
