They could actually do the inspection in the daylight, actually look over the property for things that need attention or replacing!! In other words take the time to look at the property he is hired go look at!!!!!!!

I just had a wonderful experience with Ken from Republic earlier today. We were very concerned about some surface mould and had him come in to inspect. He was very professional, comforting and thorough. Turns out a few simple fixes would solve our problem. His pricing was very fair and gave us peace of mind. I was expecting it to be much more expensive but he advised against unnecessary sampling and saved us quite a bit. His equipment was state-of-the-art with easy to understand results. I'd definitely recommend this company! Thank you.
