Thank you to Samara, Sandra & Michelle for guiding me through the process of purchasing a condo as a first time homebuyer. Samara & her team provided excellent support even though I was an out of province buyer. They took virtual tours of all the properties I wanted to look at, and provided all supporting contacts from the mortgage broker to the notary. It was just a shame I didn't get to meet them in person, but I have nothing but high marks to give to Samara, Sandra & Michelle for helping me buy my condo in Montreal!

1) she provided the relevant information for us to set proper selling price and provided very clear information of commissions and taxes - no surprises
2) she provided recommendations to ensure a smooth selling process (ie Inspection, Certificate of location , cleaning and moving contacts providing reputable contacts)
3) she promptly guided us in each step of the selling process, provided all information requested, provided updates and was always readily available and responsive.
