We are seniors and decided it was time to add a railing on our front step. The first place we contacted was Star Aluminum. Thought their quote was high for a small job.
Checked around, no other company was interested in this small job. E-mailed Star Aluminum Monday saying we would like to proceed and providing colour choice. Tuesday the railing was installed! No asking for money ahead, or credit card info. All paid now, exceptional service, would recommend to anyone, and will tell all our friends.

Kent the estimator was great, he had lots of great ideas. The install crew was on time, professional and did great work. Karen in the office was also very helpful. The railings are way better quality than the stuff I saw at the big box stores. Thanks again!

Needed railings on my front steps. Contacted Star Aluminum Railing. Kent came out
that afternoon and brought out a sample in chocolate brown which turned out to be
a perfect match for the brown colouring on my house. The railings were installed very
promptly and I am so very happy with the final results!! I would definitely recommend

We are grateful that the Star Aluminum Railing System had been placed on our front and back decks 25 years ago. We experience a great deal of weather where we live. This summer we needed to replace our front and back decks. The Star Aluminum Railing Systems including the glass were still in excellent condition and we were able to return both railing systems to their original places after the decks were replaced.
