I have been a massage therapist for many years, since graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2002. I have worked in a variety of locations throughout my career, from top spas to chiropractic offices and small business yoga studios. My goal is to provide an outstanding massage for my clients and I am able to incorporate Swedish techniques, stretching, trigger point work and all other facets of massage therapy.
While I offer relaxation treatments, many of my clients have commented on my strength and ability to provide a great deep tissue massage. I graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2018. During my training I have learned assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions using a combination of massage and mobilization techniques.

If you are new to massage or not sure what you're looking for, speak with your therapist who will customize your massage just for you.
First Visit

Your massage therapist will greet you and take you to a private room to discuss any health concerns that you may have and answer any questions about your treatment or specific areas of concern. Your therapist will then leave the room and you will disrobe to your level of comfort and lay under the linens on the massage table.
Massage Membership

We recognize that you want to receive regular, therapeutic massage therapy in a professional spa like atmosphere and we reward you for that. The more you visit, the more you save. Massage membership saves you money. Once a month you pay for a one hour massage, at a low member rate, which includes free aromatherapy.

Rave Massage is Winnipeg's first membership based massage therapy clinic. As an employee, everything will be taken care of for you - reception, cash handling, laundry, marketing and more. All of our treatment rooms are supplied with high quality linens, high-end electric massage tables, table and towel warmers and a sound system.

Your one hour session includes a pre-massage consultation with your therapist as well as dressing time. You can expect approximately 50 minutes of hands on treatment. Some people believe one treatment is enough; however, massage therapy is usually most beneficial when it is performed regularly. Our massage therapists can develop a program that fits your needs and lifestyle.
