In 2006 a group of managers that had worked together closely for nearly two decades decided to start a new business. Charter Mechanical officially opened its doors for business in September of 2006. We believe that when we do these right, success for both our clients and company will follow.
We are a 100% employee owned company, which results in an entrepreneurial spirit, employees that take pride in the company, support each other with genuine teamwork, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers.In other words, our employees are passionate about doing a great job.

Charter Mechanical was founded in 2006 with two primary goals - Take great care of our customers and be a great company for our employees. Although we've grown from a small start-up to one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Northwest, these two goals still guide us today. Because we are a 100% employee owned company, we don't have outside "owners" with short term objectives.
