Dealt with Kalvin. He was very polite and responsive. Explained the process and offered great suggestions. His treatment was environmentally friendly and safe for my two small dogs. Definitely keeping their number in my phone!

Highly DO NOT recommend with Protec Pest Control. They have used traps illegally, confirmed this with Natural Resources.
Animals such as raccoons and cats have been caught and injured severely in the Protec open toothed traps with bait set outdoors to catch rodents. The Protec Pest Control worker I tried to discuss this issue with was very rude at the time. Animals have been severely injured due to Protec open toothed traps with bait. I saw this first-hand. Unfortunately nothing could be done for the poor, suffering animal I witnessed caught in one of their traps set outdoors for 'rodents'
