The massage I had was ok. The location is noisy due to the traffic outside on 4th ave. But what really bothered me was the unprofessionalism from some of the therapists here. Miscommunication about booked online appointments led to me unfortunately missing appointments and being charged the full amount. I won't be returning here.

Tried this place after living nearby for so long, and I wasn't disappointed. It's tough to find a good RMT who has the right amount of strength and skill to treat neck & back pain. Neck issues are especially tricky, as working in an office environment can really stiffen up your back and neck since you're in the same position for a long time. Susanna is great at her craft, as I found I was able to finally have some relief and get my range of motion back. Will be going back here as long as I need to. The main con is some RMTs get booked up very fast, or their availability

Been going consistently for 2 months now. I see Susanna Meuling - highly recommend! All therapists work independently and rent a space there. The setting is a little dated but does the job, it is clean and simple. Susanna is approachable and understanding, intuitive and strong hands; and is experienced in active and hard working bodies. Only downside is that they only take cash or credit, no debit.
