Our journey began with hands-on retail experience gained through early roles in a corner store and Simpsons-Sears, where we developed expertise in furniture logistics and customer service. We grew a start-up furniture store in Sechelt from 1,200 to 12,000 square feet before establishing our current Courtenay showroom. Our team combines decades of industry experience with a commitment to quality products and personalized service. We specialize in Canadian-made furniture, including dining sets, sofas, bedroom suites, and innovative flippable mattresses designed for durability. Our family-operated model ensures direct oversight of every customer interaction, from selection to free local delivery. We prioritize customer satisfaction through curated inventory, competitive pricing, and a deep understanding of regional home furnishing needs. Our BBB A+ rating and 4.6 Google reviews reflect our dedication to excellence in both products and service. We remain actively involved in daily operations, ensuring consistent application of the values that have sustained our business since inception.
