Organization is poorly run and extremely unorganized. Rude staff that either dont address concerns or give you the run around. Be prepared to be endlessly frustrated if you have this misfortune of this organization being your only option to play soccer.

Read several reviews regarding lack of concern or disorganization, which I find my self agreeing with. Emsa has many rules and regulations which they expect the parents and players to adhere to but can ignore when it comes to them as an organization. If you as an organization are going to cite these rules to justify your decision make sure you fully understand and have adhere to them, before expecting parent and players to do so . This is a sport where we pay good money for our kids to play and it needs to fair right across the border and not vary from game to game
Referees need to show consistency

I agree with the other parents who say registration is an absolute pain. I hated doing it every year. The site is not user friendly. I withdrew my child well before the season began and wasn't able to get 80% of my money back while another parent
