Our same-day delivery service offers three time-sensitive options for urgent shipments in the Central Okanagan region. Regular service requires 2:30 PM booking with 4-hour turnaround, Rush service at 3:30 PM cutoff with 2-hour delivery, and Hot-shot service at 4:30 PM booking for 1-hour completion. Trained drivers handle pharmaceuticals, liquor, and office supplies with signature verification for secure deliveries.
Specialized Shipping
We provide specialized shipping for temperature-sensitive and regulated materials requiring Dangerous Goods certification. Our uniformed drivers with photo ID badges transport prescription drugs and hazardous materials following strict handling protocols. My vehicle broke down, and I needed a parcel delivered to West Kelowna. My car was in Orchard Plaza about 11:00am, and RPX came out to my rescue, and took the parcel in absolute record time to it's destination. Every time I have had the opportunity to utilize this company, I have never been disappointed.... they go the extra mile, they are reasonable with delivery fees, and absolutely the most accommodating company anyone can ask for.... Will continue to use this courier service ..... they bailed me out BIG TIME.... thank you RPX

Depends on the driver. will sometimes miss specific instructions and have had some times where packages delivered to wrong person. hit or miss.
