Our law firm is named after Don Pavey and Brian Law. While it has used that name since the fall of 1995, the firm continues law practices that trace their roots back to the mid-fifties in the City of Galt and to the early thirties in the Town of Preston. Don Pavey was born during the second world war in Revelstoke B.C. His Dad was stationed with the RCAF in Iceland and his Mom had returned to her home town.

Luba's practice focuses almost exclusively on Family Law and she also assists the firm's clients in the areas of Wills and Residential Real Estate. Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Luba practised extensively in the area of Family Law at a full service law firm in Kitchener.

Meagan has extensive experience in civil litigation and her practice includes business and commercial law matters, employment law matters (both employer and employee), estate litigation and administrative and health law. Meagan joined the firm in 2015, having practiced with Fogler, Rubinoff LLP in Toronto as a partner in its Litigation group prior to moving to Cambridge.
