Wasn't happy with the service. Service call fixed nothing, Got billed and paid for it immediately. They said I needed a new AC unit. A month later they finally called to get more info so they could complete the quote (never did receive one). The next day I got another call saying I had a outstanding amount. Pat called me back and reduce the bill somewhat and I paid it and will never go back.

Very quick and responsive. Had a valve leak in one of our bathrooms. Logan showed up 30 minutes after I called and resolved the issue. Cleaned up and its as if the problem never happened. I definitely recommend Colins.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The quote was accurate and my house is warm again thanks to the new furnace! I ordered on a Wednesday. It was installed and working the following Monday. Highly recommend
