As first time home buyers my girlfriend and I had many questions. Chris Martin and the Rose Law team were excellent with answering all them, and going the extra mile to explain the process to us. When it came time to sit down and get the pen to paper, everything was well organized and done in a timely fashion. The whole team displayed true professionalism and top tier communication. The lawyer is ok, but don't count on him to act in your interest if there are issues, and his assistant is NOT professional at all and has no patience. I don't recommend them unless you are confident your deal will go through without a hitch. I had far better experience with another law office in the past. In the future, I would rather drive 2 hr to my previous lawyer than do business with Rose Law again.
