Artistic Gymnastics
Our artistic gymnastics program develops fundamental skills and advanced techniques for athletes aged 5+. Expert coaches guide progressions on all apparatus including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Classes emphasize proper form, strength building, and performance preparation while maintaining a fun, supportive environment that prioritizes athlete safety and confidence development.
Trampoline Gymnastics
Specialized trampoline programs teach aerial awareness, rotational skills, and safety techniques for recreational and competitive athletes. Our Olympic-standard trampoline courts accommodate all levels from beginner bounce basics to advanced tumbling sequences. Certified instructors focus on controlled progressions while developing coordination, timing, and spatial orientation through structured skill development programs.
Summer Classic Events
The Whistler Summer Classic brings together regional gymnasts for competitive showcases in artistic and trampoline disciplines. This premier event features skill divisions for all levels, professional judging, and athlete recognition ceremonies. The competition fosters community spirit while providing performance opportunities that help athletes measure progress and build competitive experience in a supportive environment.

Volunteer Programs
Volunteer opportunities span coaching assistance, event organization, and administrative support roles. Our volunteer-driven model creates pathways for community members to contribute to athlete development while gaining experience in sports management. Training and mentorship programs ensure volunteers develop the skills needed to support our gymnastics programs effectively across both facility locations.
