I booked them and had to change my date according to the seller and they were very accommodative. They responded on time. Inspector was on site before booking time. Very thorough inspection and detailed report. They have good equipment and they know the latest safety laws and regulations well. I am glad I did my prepurchase home inspection with them

A bit late with this review but felt it was well-earned by this company, YG Home inspection Services. I chose them based upon the many positive reviews online and was not disappointed! I called for general info on a Monday, booked the inspection online on the Tuesday, had the inspection done on the Thursday and had the full report in my inbox on the Friday! The inspector Ilya was professional, easy to speak with, and very thorough. I needed an urgent inspection, with one day notice, on a property in Saint-Lazare. YG over the phone assured me to assign an inspector and Ilya was there during weekend right on time. He was professional and very educative during the work. The report came on time, and my questions afterward was answered as well. I have used other inspection services in the past, but my experience of working with this team was exceptionally positive and stressfree.
