We are outfitted with state of the art, brand new Precor and Lifefitness equipment. We have 2 distinct and separate rooms for Crossfit and a large 1000sq foot Aerobics room available. We have a regulation size court to be enjoyed. Reward yourself with a smoothie at the juice bar, have a relaxing massage in our massage/esthetics room or visit our supplement store for all your supplement needs.
