Sadly I had a less than positive experience. I made an appointment for general eye exam so that I could update prescription for new eyewear. Where the staff were all very friendly and seemed to be helpful this is where the positive ended for me. I was informed that the eye exam would be an hour and a half. I thought this seemed a bit long for a typical eye exam but thought it may have been do to added covid perceptions. About a half an hour into the eye exam I was brought into the optometry room where

This was the best Eye Exam i have ever had it was like spending the morning at the spa lol - i was very well taken care of -every aspect of the visit was explained and very thorough - ALL the staff including the Dr were unbelievable very kind and professional i would recommend go here to my family and friends for a VERY DETAILED eye exam.

Pressured and felt almost harassed by dr into buying their glasses because I found their pricing quite high…I wanted to bring my own frames in and it would cost $400 but to buy their frames and lenses was $300 but apparently the same lenses???then got call they were ready to pick up so called but then they don’t have time to fit me in until days… later…so decided to pick up the glasses anyhow only to discover that the prescription was wrong I could not focus on anything unless it was almost touching my nose…6” away so called and given no help except come
