Ener-Spray Systems Inc. was started in 2001 by Kevin, Sandra and Lane Cooper. Originally intended to be a commercial spray foam company, it wasn't long until Ener-Spray was active in both the commercial and residential markets in the Calgary area. Within a few years, Ener-Spray had grown to have the capacity of working on 700 houses a month as well as commercial projects.
Once well established as the leaders in spray foam insulation, Ener-Spray entered the Commercial Fireproofing Market. Ener-Spray Commercial Contracting Ltd. was formed and is now the main operating company in Calgary. Ener-Spray Commercial is the largest contractor in the Calgary area that specializes in spray foam insulation, fireproofing, intumescent fireproofing, sprayed thermal and acoustic insulation and concrete slab lifting.

Fireproofing

Ener-Spray is a Member of the NCFA (National Fireproofing Contractors Association) and has 2 DRI's (Designated Responsible Individuals) one in Vancouver and one in Calgary. Ener-Spray applies ULC listed spray-applied fire resistant for structural steel framed buildings. Typical sprayed areas are steel beams, joists, columns and deck.
Slab Lifting/Void Fill

Ener-Spray's high density polyurethane foam injection is used for concrete lifting, stabilization and void filling applications. Preferred by many contractors, the Ener-Spray method offers the same results as traditional concrete raising, stabilization, and void filling, but with new and improved characteristics.

We offer major coating solutions, also offered is a range of Cleaning and Blasting that are generally required as a preparation for coatings. Ecodur 201 is the primary plastic coating product that is environmentally friendly, containing non-toxic, solvent free, VOC-free, and BPA-free ingredients.

Ener-Spray is equipped to provide a variety of media blasting such as sandblasting, shot blasting, and high-pressure water cleaning on Industrial applications including Surface preparation, and Pre-paint or spray preparation. We specialize in abrasive blast cleaning and the spray application of protective coatings on structural steel, architectural metal, and other metal components along with new and old concrete.
