Owner Kenny Pothier specializes in shoe repair, watch repair, key cutting, sharpening and custom leather work. Kenny started in the shoe and watch repair business in 1987 at Mr. Minit located in the Highland Square Mall where he received expert training from the company and co-workers. He worked at Mr. Minit for 12 years until they ceased operations in 1999.
Later that same year, Kenny opened a franchise called Moneysworth and Best Shoe Repair in the newly opened Atlantic Superstore where he stayed for 6 years. In 2005 Kenny decided to move back to the Highland Square Mall where he had started and opened his own store called Highland Shoe Repair.
