He has special interests in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, weight management, and individualized program design. Dr. Carney Kilian has taken additional training as a Certified Golf Performance Therapist and a Spine certified Active Release Techniques (ART) Provider.

Our Unit system allows you to enjoy the benefits of our services on your terms. For example, a Performance Unit can be used for a personal training session, sports conditioning, or a fitness assessment. The purchased units expire if no sessions are utilized for a period of 12 consecutive months and are exhausted only as quickly as you use them.
