I don't enjoy working out by myself at the gym, nor do I like long runs. With 360fit not only is it a complete, intense workout but it's also fun and different every day. You get resistant strength training, agility, balance and cardiovascular endurance all in 1 hour. It's like a crossfit workout, but safer.
The instructors are top notch. It makes all the difference having someone to drive, motivate and push you through your workout. Bottom line, 360fit = results. One of our trainers will sit down with you to determine your personal fitness goals. This might be weight loss, muscle gain or recovery from an injury. Whatever your personal fitness goal is our trainers will design a program to help you achieve it.

360 Boot camp is our signature fitness class! This class is a mix of boot camp style training with; drills, core conditioning, strength training, obstacle courses and anything else we feel like throwing in! 360 Boot camp will leave you gasping for air and begging for more! Train like a Super Hero! Created by our owner Devin Sherrington, Super Hero Training is a different each week circuit challenging you to out do yourself week to week.

Devin has been a trainer for over 20 years and has helped thousands of clients reach their fitness goals. Devin's passion for exercise and fitness started with basketball, football, and track in high school.
