We use homemade doughs and breads, fresh produce and locally sourced products like Thunder Oak Gouda or Sleeping Giant Brewery beer, meats and fish slow roasted, or smoked and sliced in house, and time honoured techniques to create an authentic Pub style experience. After accompanying a short musical tour through Ireland, the Newbold family came back with the intent to open an authentic pub that would feature great live music at its heart. While our schedule is often booked far in advance, we are always scouting new talent and often use cancellations as a chance to try out new acts, so please get in touch and we will see if your sound suits the stage at The Foundry.
