To be a preferred shop for insurance companies, means to give them a reduced door rate, free storage, and a reduced mark up on parts.

Dixon Auto Body's lifetime warranty is offered to registered owners at the time of repairs which covers the complete cost of labor and finishing materials. The mechanical/body parts are subject to the limited guarantee put out by the manufacturers/supplier. Damage due to poor care, abuse, alterations or adjustments performed by anyone other than Dixon Auto Body is not covered Under this warranty.

We had a customer stopping for a written quote with extensive damage to his truck. Uncertain of the procedures, this was his first time going ahead with an insurance claim. After a close examination, we knew right away that vehicle was not safe to drive. We advise the customer that his vehicle was unsafe to drive and based on its condition alone, he was more than comfortable to leave his vehicle with us.
