Great location! Shower wasn't working well, wasn't very well-flowing, and there were even some missing shower tiles. Everything else was great- including check-in and check-out personnel.

The team at 124 Queen are outstanding. It's a wonderful place to escape and I can't speak highly enough about the terrific Inn and Spa Eric is establishing in the absolute heart of Niagara On The Lake

Larissa and team at 124 Queen are absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you book, until the moment you leave, just first class service. A well kept boutique hotel; a gem of Niagara on the Lake. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. The grab and go breakfast delicious and Covid friendlycouldnt ask for more.

Will be going back. Staff was amazing especially Larissa and Arlene. Great location so close to everything. Rooms feel like your staying in someone's upscale home, you will be pleasantly surprised. One mistake happened that was quickly corrected without question.

Top notch hotel with all the character and beauty of the city vintage hotel chain but with a modern touch. The buildings are quaint and amenities are luxurious without being pretentious. My new favourite hotel!

We stayed at 124 on Queen on the weekend and had a beautiful renovated room and great service despite Covid. We knew that the hotel had not been open prior to the weekend and hence no one had stayed in our room immediately before us. The room was very clean and we were of course aware that no cleaning would be done to the room during our 2 night stay given the pandemic restrictions. We found the room to be impeccably clean as was the bathroom with 2 sinks and a large rainfall shower head (and a standard shower) which featured large, thick bath towels and several hand towels + Occitane products
