Great customer service! Great technicians! Prompt service! We had a Kinetico a200 filter installed by Nimbus a while back. They didn't have filters or wouldn't call back at all.
Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. He did the water tests and recommended to change the whole system; it was quite old (8-9 years). The next day, we had K5 ready and installed. Thank you very much. That's a way to do business!

They had the Kinetico filters I needed in stock and when one of the brand new filters leaked on me they replaced it for me with no problems. They also answer their phone promptly which was a problem I had with their competition Kinetico dealers. I will use them for my water softener/filtration service from now on.

Very poor after sale customer service.. they wont come to install the filters on my K5 as they dont have any technicians. I asked them how are they doing new installations if they dont have technicians to which they came up with silly excuses like the technician does not want to come to any areas other than Toronto.

We bought a whole house water systems, It was very good, but I will suggest company should check the systems once a year , we had a problem the white hose water unstop running the water, we called the company, they have to charge the labor fee for checking, I ready think it is systems problems.

I go to this store with my friend to have water fill up, they have Reverse Osmosis , Alkaline & Deionized water to choose from, and the price to fill up a 5 gallons bottle is only $4.00, very good price, even cheaper than buying from Walmart or supermarkets!

I came to know Raymond of Aquareal Water systems during the Home show in 2018 and was originally not sure if he can serve my home in Cambridge area. I had couple of quotes for the Kinetico water filtration system I was interested from suppliers and finally agreed to work with Aquareal for same. The words I can describe this supplier are 'Awesome-Awesome and Awesome. At any given time I did not see lack of follow up, had very professional installation, punctual and most importantly they will go extra mile for you to ensure you are satisfied to the fullest and that too at very decent pricing.
