Our AC quit on Saturday and we called Sunday morning to see if we could get it repaired as a heat wave is coming. Wes (technician) responded promptly and was over to our place within an hour. He quickly repaired the electrical problem and we are now set for the heat wave. Thanks Wes

This is one of those situations where it's not a good idea to do business with a company affiliated with Costco. Sure we got a some gift cards, etc. for buying an A/C unit, but the after sales experience has been dreadful and I really don't recommend this company. Buyer beware!

Superbly pleased with honesty of owner .. called for quote on new air system and he suggested checking old system for common problem ... service bill was $234 - much cheaper than $4500 plus plus.
