Dr. Anselm is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with specialty qualification in Internal Medicine and subspecialty qualification in Cardiology. He completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto and subsequently acquired his Professional Engineering designation after working for several years in the automotive industry.
