Alma Wellness is a holistic, team-approach clinic located in Kitsilano at West 4th Ave and Alma St. We provide chiropractic care, orthotics, registered massage therapy, counselling therapy, and much more. He currently provides chiropractic care. Carmen is a registered massage therapist, specializing in techniques such as deep tissue work, fascial release, trigger point therapy and Craniosacral work.
