In order to get started on your sale or purchase we'll need the following information: the full legal names of the seller(s) or buyer(s), the best phone number and email to contact you, the address of the property you are selling or buying, the Completion Day (when you move in or move out), any condition dates, your mortgage account number and bank/lender information (if you have one), your real estate agent (if you have one), marital status (if you are single, married, or legally divorced), a copy of your purchase or sale contract, a copy of your Real Property Report (RPR) with Municipal Compliance, and you'll need to provide photo ID (driver's license or passport).
