Landscaping
Custom planting plans and hardscape layouts built for mid-Island soils and seasons. Our designs combine native plants with drought-tolerant species to create sustainable landscapes. We incorporate proper drainage systems and permeable materials to handle heavy winter rains and summer heat.
Stonework and Masonry
Hand-laid stone walls, patios, and fire pits that age beautifully. Our masonry work uses durable materials suited to Vancouver Island's wet, salty climate. Each project includes proper sub-base preparation for long-term stability and eco-smart waste management during construction.
Outdoor Living
Custom decks, pergolas, kitchens, and cozy nooks that pull you outside year-round. We design functional outdoor environments that withstand island weather while maximizing usability. Projects integrate lighting, heating, and weather-resistant materials for four-season enjoyment.
Lighting and Irrigation
Low-voltage, energy-smart lighting systems that add drama and night-time safety. Our irrigation solutions combine smart controllers with drought-tolerant plantings to reduce water usage by up to 50% while maintaining healthy landscapes in challenging conditions.
Excavation
Precision excavation and site preparation services for trouble-free landscape builds. We create clean cuts, solid sub-bases, and implement eco-smart haul-away solutions. Our process ensures proper grading and drainage foundation for all landscape elements.

Jay, Rebecca and crew are fabulous! I love coming home to my property after the crew has been here doing the maintenance, they have such an eye for detail. When I had a major leak with my irrigation system (installed by previous home owner) last summer, the crew happened to be working down street and came to the rescue very quickly. They also keep the grounds at Bellevue Veterinary Hospital neat, tidy and well-maintained. The crew is helpful and friendly!
