Why can some people get an appt with their doctor within a week in this city and others get a very long wait time?
5 weeks was bad enough now it's 8 weeks to see family doctor.
Please, hire a professional office manager and consider an 'Advanced Access' approach for scheduling. I am nervous of becoming sick and needing to rely on this practice. Many of the negative reviews left are spot on.

I have been a patient at BonaVista Medical Centre for 5 or 6 years now, after struggling to find the right doctor in an area of the city that I feel comfortable in, that would treat me with respect and compassion. After my initial family doctor retired, I have been blessed with an amazing new doctor, Dr. David.

They are TERRIBLE at answering the phones and wait times have always been super bad. Definitely switching doctors.. Spent over 2 hours straight trying to call with no answer

The worse doctor I have ever dealt with No concern or care for his patient my mother was ill ..he never called or let us know her results from lab work she ended up dying of who knows what cause he didn't help is. Don't go to him
