Finally, when my husband and I decided to sell it, we contacted Dave Elfassy. He has a wonderful system and team. He was on it from the moment we called him and within days our property got sold. The entire process was so smooth and hassle free that it is unbelievable.
He charges 1% commission but provides full services like staging, home inspection and photography. And on top of that there customer service is a top notch. His assistant Sevi was always available and

Working with Dave and his team has been an absolutely amazing experience.
Having worked with other realtors in the past I was skeptical a lower commission structure would yield inferior results, I can assure you that is not the case. Dave went above and beyond my expectations and had absolutely no hesitation putting my best interests before his own.

The agent who sold my condo was Sean Miller. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and calm. He understood and saw the value of my property (when two other agents didn't and failed to sell it) and he was a good negotiator when offers came in resulting in a sale price above the listing price. He helped me save on closing legal fees as well and checked in with me on the closing day to make sure there were no issues with the closing. The service was excellent. I would work with him again and I would recommend him.
