With most jobs, we excavate the whole house, remove the asphalt, concrete, whatever needs to be removed to dig a 4 foot trench from the wall around the house. Once we excavate it, we take any cracks we find, clean the wall, and chisel 2 to 3 inches on either side of the crack. We then repair it with hydraulic cement and bonding agent.

Foundation Repair

Foundations are best repaired from the outside, we'll excavate the area surrounding the crack. Once is't been excavate, the crack is then chisled out 2 to 3 inches on each side and repaired with bonding agent and hydraulic cement. The bonding agent is important because it makes the old concrete adhere to the new.
