I first used this company for an inspection last year, after purchasing an existing inspection from the seller's agent, that I felt was incomplete. Boy was I glad I didn't accept the other companies report.
Brad is very thorough, and found hidden serious issues we never could have imagined. Moving forward, we again hired Where The Heart is Home for a recent pre purchase inspection. Again the inspection was very thorough and comprehensive, with a highly detailed report of deficiencies and recommendations. I'm happy to say the purchase has been a success. Extremely impressed with Brad's professionalism and his detailed report on my new home. He got back to me very quickly after initially emailing him and booked the appointment right away. Brad inspected a home for me and found multiple issues. One of them being wires left on the ground. An electrical inspector took a look and had the owner pay for that home to be recertified. saved me money and the possibility of an electrical fire. Good job Brad - I will recommend you to everyone.
