Beyond my background in construction and project management, I have undertaken and completed the required education, training, testing and evaluation. Ultimately all Home Inspectors in BC are licensed through the Consumer Protection of BC.

Fees are competitive with others. It is important to consider first the service provided and your trust and comfort in enlisting an Inspector. When quoting I will always review the property prior. Fees are based primarily on square footage and components of the home.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging technology allows us to see issues that we we wouldn't see with our naked eye. I use thermal imaging along with moisture measurment to locate moisture issues. In addition, thermal scans can see insulation breaks in walls and ceilings, air leaks, hot spots in walls and wiring, in-floor heat, appliance efficiency, and more.
