This is a place to start feeling better. Every ache, pain, or feeling of unwellness is caused by an unbalance in the body and my job is to identify and fix it. Though medication can offer temporary relief, it often can't correct functional problems in the body or change unhealthy habits. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is a more natural health approach then medicating or invasive procedures.

We look to correct the underlying cause of your problem rather than just covering up the pain. I combine research from the latest scientific studies with the long lineage of effective Traditional Chinese Medicine technique to develop a personalized diagnosis and treatment strategy to help you achieve optimum health and wellness.

My mission is to allow each individual get the most of out of all aspects of their lives by providing them with world-class acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Chris graduated and was nominated Valedictorian from The Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson BC in 2012.

Since then, he's pursued post-graduate studies in sports medicine and pain, working alongside trainers and therapists for the Toronto Blue Jays, US Olympic Team, as well as a number of NFL and NCAA Football teams.

My goal is to make you sure your voice is heard so we can create a treatment that is something you're comfortable with. I want to build a great relationship with all my clients so they can better understand what is going on in their body and how we can correct its problems. It's not enough to just know what the symptoms are, so expect me to ask a number of questions to understand why you're experiencing the symptoms you have.

In China, this practice dates back four thousand years and includes thousands of plants and minerals. They're still commonly used today in traditional herbal formulas, and home remedies, like ginger for nausea, and ginseng for low energy. These days many pharmaceutical companies are synthesizing the chemical composition of Chinese herbs to make drugs.
Prescribed Exercise

Prescribed exercise can be something as simple as Qi Gong breathing exercise to help decrease stress or pain. It could also be a series of stretches or exercises to get your body functioning better. I want to put together exercises right for you based on your movement, your problem, and the time available in your schedule.
