Shawn Lepp and his team far surpassed my hopes and expectations. Shawn is so committed and devoted the whole way through. He was even scheduled for a vacation and still showed up and communicated with us without any disruption despite us arranging a sale amidst a pandemic and the winter holiday season. He navivated various difficult circumstances (separation not on speaking terms, legal court orders etc) with ease and was a huge support that allowed the experience to be reassuring and positive.
