After earning his Medical Doctor degree, Dr. S. Tytus accepted a residency in Family Medicine with the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. Laura began her career in healthcare as an RN before returning to school to attend the MSc Primary Health Care graduate program.
Her professional satisfaction comes from helping clients achieve optimal health. Dr. Metcalfe has a passion and interest in rural medicine. He also practices family medicine in Hamilton, Ontario at the Main Medical clinic downtown. Dr. Pasyk earned her Ph. D. degree in Medical Sciences from McMaster University.

Conveniently located in the same building on the same floor as our clinic is Caledonia X-Ray and Ultrasound. If a member of our team requests one of these diagnostic imaging tests for you, the technologists next door may be able to see you the very same day. In addition to x-ray and ultrasound, the centre can perform bone mineral densitometry (BMD).

If you're booking for a dependant, please book the appointment with your account using your name and email address, and indicate your child's name in the notes field. In fitting with our team-based approach, appointments are booked with the first available healthcare provider. If you don't see your appointment type listed, phone us to book your appointment instead.

The intake form must be submitted for each member of your family intending to join the practice. The forms are not used to screen your admissibility: all individuals with a valid Ontario health card are eligible to enrol in our practice. If you can't print the document, you may pick up as many copies as you need at our clinic during regular hours.
