Purchased a new bulb for my watts system today and a new sleeve for it. Assuming the washers would come with glass. All clear will sell you products only they stock parts for and when you order parts and pay for delivery its no garuntee your parts wont be with out defect. Glass tube had a small crack starting and I figured I would try and install it any way so you know I could drink my water again but to no avail. Also all clear water solutions never answers their phone. I have never actually called and got an answer. So now after 7 days of no drinking water over Christmas I have to go out
