We offer an awesome selection of pre-school programs which will help your child build a strong foundation for gymnastics. For ages 6 years and over, our recreation programs offer a great opportunity to exercise and advance your skills in a challenging and fun program!

With our NCCP certified coaching staff, gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, endurance, and a grace of movement while offering total physical fitness and an opportunity for self-expression.Gymnasts will be provided with a chance to develop the fundamental skills that can also be applied to all levels.

Team
Report
These athletes give a 10 month to a year commitment depending on their team. They train with the same group throughout the year giving them a chance to build close friendships with their fellow teammates as well as their coach. By gaining these friendships they become supportive and encourage each other throughout the year.
Spring Break Camps 2021

All Virtual Camps will be ran through Zoom. Camps will provide children with camp activities, Physical Exercises, Games & Arts and Crafts that will be completed safely at your home virtually. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Flour, salt, food colouring, vegetable oil, lemon juice, warm water, mixing bowl, measuring cups & spoons.
PA Day Camps
Report
For Children 5 years and up (or JK students), the Kempettes PA Day Camps will be jam packed with art & crafts, games, activities and lots of gymnastics! Each member must pay this fee at time of registration in order to particulate in any of our gymnastics programs. This is a requirement as set out by Gymnastics Ontario and the Board of Directors.
Summer Camp 2021
Report
Please note that strict protocols and screening measures will be set into place for athletes entering the facility. Social Distancing will be required at all times inside and outside of the facility. This will be monitored by our staff. Athletes will be required to wash/sanitize their hands when enter the facility and before and after each activity.
