Fabrication
Our CWB-certified fabrication shop handles complex weldments up to 26,000 sq. ft. with 70-ton crane capacity. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys, providing complete solutions from material procurement through NDE and post-weld heat treatment. Our 120+ years of combined expertise ensures precision in structural steel and pressure vessel fabrication.
Heavy Machining
We machine components up to 30' diameter and 75 tons using CNC vertical boring mills and floor boring machines. Our capabilities include precision machining of castings, forgings, and weldments for oil & gas and mining industries. With equipment investments exceeding $10M in the past five years, we meet tight tolerances for oversized industrial parts.
Thermal Spray Coatings
JaCoat division applies thermal spray coatings using HVOF, plasma, and wire systems. We offer 150+ coating materials including ceramics and carbides, with proprietary OXYLON COATINGS for wear resistance. Our 7-axis robotic cell ensures consistent application, and we provide on-site coating services to minimize equipment downtime.
Mechanical Assembly
Our millwrights perform precision assembly of fabricated and machined components, specializing in heavy rigging and field installation. We handle complete machine assembly from sub-components to full systems, ensuring dimensional accuracy and functional performance. Grit Blast and Paint
We provide NACE-compliant surface preparation and painting in climate-controlled booths up to 30' x 30'. Our painters apply alkyd and epoxy systems with DFT verification, supported by third-party NACE inspections when required. The process includes degreasing, blast profile control, and humidity-regulated curing for industrial coating durability.
